Please note that the event will take place from Wednesday, 10 June 2026, at 8:00, until Thursday, 11 June 2026, at 18:00, so be sure to reserve both full days in your calendar.

A special RISK 0-day Welcome Reception will be held on the afternoon of Tuesday, 9 June 2026, and you are warmly invited to arrive at the venue already on that day.

If you plan to arrive in Laško on 10 June, we strongly recommend arriving at the venue as early as possible after 8:00 AM, so you can fully enjoy the morning reception program and not miss the official opening ceremony.

Conference registrations will not be confirmed until online ticket purchase is concluded including the correct payment made and processed by the Registration Office. Registrants should obtain confirmation from the Registration Office before committing to other travel arrangements.

Organizers cannot be responsible for your spam filters blocking your confirmation email. Please be sure your spam filters will allow mail from domains real-sec.com and risk-conference.com.

Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.

VIP ticket quota is limited. Registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

On-site registration payment is not possible.

The organizer reserves the right to change the details of the event, including presentation details, agenda times and contents without prior notice to the participants of the event.

Conference registrations canceled on or before the 30th of April 2026 will be entitled to a 50% refund. Registrations canceled after the 30th of April 2026 will not be entitled to a refund.

Conference registration can be canceled only in writing to the conference’s official coordinator.

Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact the conference official coordinator at the earliest opportunity.

All refunds will be made after the Conference and within two months.

Conference Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations here under to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of Conference Organizer or its subcontractors.

For one or more of such reasons, Conference Organizer may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of Conference Organizer.  In the event Conference cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, Conference Organizer shall not be liable to the attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.
